  • Reworked hero - Seer
  • Improvements in KoP Buff using proper server caching, allowing up to 20,000 matches to be listed
  • Reduced minions' bonus health and damage per level from 8% ⇒ 6%
  • Reduced minions' bonus health and damage after destroying the tower from 18% ⇒ 15%
  • Reduced gold per minute 2.3 ⇒ 2

T2 Talents:

(OLD) Left: Malevolent Surge now pulls all enemies towards the Seer and applies a stun effect
(NEW) Left:
Benevolent/Malevolent Curse radius +25

(NEW) Right:
Duration of Malevolent form increased by 2 seconds

(OLD) Benevolent Flare: Increase all healing taken by x% (Including HP regen) per stack.

(NEW) Malevolent Curse: Has a duration of 1.5 sec. After 1.5 seconds, it releases malevolent energy, dealing damage to all nearby players.

Attack (J)
Now is ranged Attack. Deals 100% of attack damage and applies Benevolent Curse
Malevolent Form: In addition deals also 100% of AP Magic damage and applies Malevolent Curse

Benevolent/Malevolent Explosions (K) (Renamed from Benevolent Flare / Malevolent Surge)
(OLD) [Benevolent Form]: Seer creates a benevolent flare that heals allies, applies one stack of Benevolent Amplification, and increases movement speed for a few seconds to all allies hit.
[Malevolent Form]: Seer creates a malevolent surge that deals magical damage to enemies, applies one stack of Malevolent Curse, and reduces their movement speeds by for a few seconds.

(NEW) Create 3 sequential explosions in front of a Seer, explosions trigger after a short delay, one by one, creating a burst of energy. Multiple explosions can hit a single unit.
Friendly Targets: Applies a Heal and Benevolent Flare
Enemy Target: Applies Benevolent. If they are already affected by a Benevolent. It triggers immediately and applies a new one.
Malevolent Form: Applies a 1-second fear to enemy units. Applies also Malevolent Curse

Malevolent Form (L) (Renamed from Transform)
(OLD) Seer changes its form between benevolent and malevolent form. In benevolent form, Seer heals allies and applies benevolent amplification. In malevolent form, Seer deals damage to enemies and applies malevolent curse.

(NEW) Turns Seer into a Malevolent form,
making him immune to Crowd control effects and slows, improving his abilities and attacks. Duration 6 seconds and Cooldown 45 sec

▌Bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug with Veil K Astral Blades hitting the ground on the client side but not server-side
  • Fixed a bug when Flin Attack does not play sound or impact animation when hitting a player that is not in vision (Bush/FOG)
  • Fixed a bug when Alvar K (Furious Kick) does not proc AD Items
  • Fixed a bug when Prim L (Gravitational Pull) uses RTT instead of RTT / 2 in Lag compensation
  • Fixed a bug where using Vile Flask close to an enemy does not show particles. Now Vile Flask has a 200ms trigger delay.
  • Fixed a bug when a player could gain MMR after losing a game.
