New AI and TRAINING MODE for newbies! - Training Bot is harder if your MMR is higher than 1600 (1v1) General

Fixed interaction issue with shop for different aspect ratio
Rejecting match will be now punished with queue ban for 2 min!
Added anti-spam protection (Player can send at max 3 messages per 10 sec)
Players can not use chat before they finish tutorial mode!
Added Training Mode - All players must win in training mode in order to use chat or play against players
