New heroes! AREL and HAZEL

Hello everyone! New update is here!

We work hard last days to improve gameplay, mainly to update our netcodes and gameplay. 

General

• Increased movement speed by 5 for each hero
• Re-written Net-codes - Lag compensation
• Improved performance on client side
• Assistance & Kill chain timmer increased 8 sec => 12sec
• Reduced base experience reward for killing a minion 25 => 20
• Reduced experience reward for killing a Hero 90 => 50
• Increased gold reward based on networth for killing a hero 4% of Networth => 5% of networth Experience/Gold gain for assistance is now 60% of what killer gets Killer get 100% value (golds & exp)
• Golds per sec increased 1 => 1.5

Items

• Vampiric Rod - (NEW)  Passive: Heal for 30% of damage dealt - 5 Sec cooldown 
• Vampiric Rod - Reduced health regen 4 => 2, Reduced Health 180 => 140, Increased ability power 6 => 8 
• Burning Rod - Ability power reduced to 8 => 6 
• Divine Staff - Ability Power reduced 7 => 6, Health 160 => 120 Health regen 2 => 0 
• Divine Staff - Now provide 8% cooldown reduction 
• Frost Armor - Reduced armor 5 => 4 
• Agility Boots - Increased movement speed 10 => 12 
• Divine Boots - Increased movement speed 5 => 8 
• Traveling Boots - Increased movement speed 15 => 16 
• Frost Ring & Orchid of Malevolence - No longer proc (onSpellHit) effects 
• Demonic Ring - Increased cost 500 => 550 and Attack speed 25% => 30% 
• Titan's Armor - Reduced armor 5 => 4

  • Fixed bug with sparrow Dash (K)

• Kira
  • Enhanced (J) - Coiling Lightning - Now prioritize friendly hero over enemy hero if is in distance. 
  • Enhanced (J) - Coiling Lightning - Increased healing modifier 70% => 90% 
  • Void Phantasm (L)  - Trigger duration reduced 1.5s => 1.2s

• I'Ceat
  • Icicle Bolts (K) - Increased delay between bolts 75ms => 100ms

• Veil
  • Armor per level 0.3 => 0.2 
  • Astral Blades (K) - Reduced ability power modifier 300% => 280% 
  • Astral Blades (K) - Reduced damage per level 3 => 2
