New Hero Seer - Update v0.8.2


Hello everyone! New hero Seer has arrived!

▌Major Changes

  • Add Learn Tab (Thanks to @Gandel)
  • Add new epic skin for Kira (Thanks to @CrazyPlayer & @TheLetterB)
  • Slightly increased game performance
  • Added new hero: Seer 
  • Now you are able to sell items for full cost before 00:30 time
  • Reworked Gold & Exp kill reward formula
  • Add new item: Vile Flask
  • Update starting golds: 250 ⇒ 275
  • Rune activation delay: 1 sec ⇒ 0.5sec
  • Time to capture gold rune is no longer reduced when there are more players. (It will always take 4 seconds)
  • Gold rune capture progress resets if there are no players in radius
  • Healing rune no longer heals opposite team
  • Fixed a bug when Cold Ring and Plate Shield triggered item procs
  • Bonus gold for last hitting minion: 12 ⇒ 14
  • Gold per second:2.5 ⇒ 1.5
  • First blood gold: 50 ⇒ 75
  • Add 7 Skins for new hero Seer

Basic Attack (J)
[Benevolent Form]: Seer releases a wave of energy that deals  (80% Attack Damage) to enemies and heals allies for 8 + (8% Ability Power), applying Benevolent amplification.

[Malevolent Form]: Seer releases a wave of energy that deals  (100% Attack Damage) to enemies and applies Malevolent curse. 

[Passive]: Seer's basic attack and abilities apply malevolent curse to enemies and benevolent amplification to allies for 3 Seconds (stacks up to 4 times). 
Malevolent Curse: Deals 2 + (7% Ability Power) magical damage per second.
Benevolent Amplification: Increases healing received by 25% per stack.

Benevolent Flare / Malevolent Surge (K)
Cooldown: 12 Seconds 
[Benevolent Form]: Seer creates a benevolent flare that heals allies for 45 + (50% Ability Power), applies Benevolent amplification and increases their movement speed by 14 for 2 Seconds.          
[Malevolent Form]: Seer creates a malevolent surge that deals 70 + (70% Ability Power) magical damage to enemies, applies Malevolent curse and reduces their movement speed by 14 for 2 Seconds.

Transform (L)
Cooldown: 2.5 Second 
 Seer changes their form between benevolent and malevolent. In benevolent form, Seer heals allies and applies Benevolent amplification. In malevolent form, Seer deals damage to enemies and applies Malevolent curse.


TALENTS
Lvl 6
Left: Seer's passive ability now also adjusts armor, reducing it for enemies and increasing it for allies by 1 per stack.
Right: Increase the number of stacks of Seer's passive ability from 4 to 5.

Lvl 10
Left: Benevolent Flare briefly increases Seer's movement speed and gives slow immunity.
Right: Malevolent Surge now pulls all enemies towards the Seer and applies a stun effect for 0.5 seconds.

Garun's Defender

Refactored to Active
Now has 55 sec cooldown and can be activated.
Active: After a short delay unleashes a shockwave that stuns and damages nearby enemies

New Consumable - Vile Flask

Active: Throw a Vile Flask that explodes when hit ground, affecting nearby enemies with a poison, slowing them down and dealing damage for 3 sec.
Cost: 75 gold

Divine Staff

Healing: 200 ⇒ 160
Movement speed bonus: 10 ⇒ 14

Titan's Armor

Active: Bonus health regen: 100 ⇒ 80

Divine Sword

Active: Duration reduced from 4 sec to 3 sec
Now provides also 10 Magic resistance for the duration

Hunter's Longbow

Passive: Movement speed increased from 14 to 24

Ring of the Frozen Empress

Active damage: 90 ⇒ 80

Staff of the Frozen Empress

Stack duration: 3 sec ⇒ 2.5 sec

Demonic Ring

AD per stack: 0.75 (max 15 at 20 stacks) ⇒ 1 (max 20 at 20 stacks)
